Our Services

PeckPro Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services across West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester Hills, Troy, Grosse Pointe, Birmingham, Royal Oak, and the surrounding Oakland County area. Our services include recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, real estate listing cleans, property management cleans, office space cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, and carpet cleaning.

Every clean is performed by a bonded, insured, and background-checked PeckPro Cleaning team member. We do not subcontract our work to outside cleaners.

Booking and Scheduling

When you book a clean with us, we will confirm your service type, your preferred day and time, and lock you into the schedule. For recurring clients, we assign the same cleaner on the same day every visit so your home stays consistent.

We respond to every text and call within 5 minutes during our business hours. If you need to reach us outside business hours, please leave a message and we will respond first thing the next morning.

Pricing and Payment

All PeckPro Cleaning quotes are flat-rate, never billed by the hour. The price we quote at your free consultation is the price you pay, with no surprise charges or add-ons at the end of the visit, unless you have specifically requested additional services in writing.

Payment is due on the day of service unless we have agreed to a different arrangement in writing. We accept payments through BookingKoala, Stripe, or other secure payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

For recurring clients, we may keep a payment method on file with your permission for automatic billing after each clean.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a clean, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning fee.

If we need to cancel or reschedule on our end for any reason such as illness, weather, or scheduling conflicts, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer the next available slot at no charge.

Access to Your Home

For us to clean your home, we need a way to enter on your scheduled day. Most recurring clients give us a key, a garage code, or a lockbox code. We protect this information carefully and only the assigned cleaner has access to it. If we cannot access your home on the scheduled day, the clean may be subject to a lockout fee.

If you choose to be home during the clean, please give our team room to work efficiently. We will respect your space and follow any special instructions you give us.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Every PeckPro Cleaning visit is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you walk through your home after a clean and something is not right, contact us within 24 hours and we will come back to re-clean the area at no charge.

We do not bill you for the original visit until you tell us you are happy with the work. We would rather lose money on a re-clean than lose a long-term West Bloomfield client.

What We Are Not Responsible For

Our cleaners are professionals trained to clean your home safely, but there are some things we cannot guarantee:

• Pre-existing stains, damage, or discoloration that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods
• Items that are extremely fragile, valuable, or sentimental that have not been pointed out to us in advance
• Damage caused by faulty or unstable furniture, fixtures, or surfaces
• Items that require specialty cleaning beyond standard residential cleaning, such as restoration cleaning, biohazard cleaning, or hoarding situations

If our team accidentally causes damage during a clean, please notify us immediately. We carry general liability insurance and a cleaning bond, and we will work with you to make it right.

Pets and Hazards

We love pets, but for the safety of our team and your animals, please let us know in advance if you have pets in the home. Aggressive or unpredictable pets should be secured before our team arrives. If our team feels unsafe at any point during a visit, we may need to leave and reschedule.

Please also let us know in advance about any hazards in the home, such as broken glass, exposed wiring, biohazards, or pest infestations. We may need to refer specialty cleaning situations to a company better equipped to handle them.

Tipping and Gratuity

Tips are never expected but always appreciated by our cleaning team. If you would like to leave a tip, you can do so in cash, through your booking platform, or by adding it to your invoice. 100% of every tip goes directly to the cleaner who serviced your home.

Reviews and Feedback

We rely on honest reviews from our West Bloomfield clients to grow our business. If you are happy with our service, we would love a review on our Google Business Profile. If something did not go well, please tell us first so we can fix it before you leave a public review. Every piece of feedback helps us improve.

Use of Our Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to help you book our cleaning services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with another user's experience.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by PeckPro Cleaning or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Michigan law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or your use of our website is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific clean that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
